This notice explains how Probate Estate Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through Probate Tracker at tracker.probateestatepartners.com.

Information we process

Probate Tracker is a restricted business workspace. It may contain account details (such as name, email address, and authentication information); business contact details; probate, property, case, and attorney records; call and email activity; notes; uploaded or imported data; and audit-log entries about actions taken in the workspace.

How we use information

We use this information to operate and secure the workspace, manage leads and business relationships, communicate with users and contacts, maintain operational records, detect misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. The workspace records activity such as logins, edits, calls, and exports for accountability.

Access and sharing

Only approved team accounts may access shared tracker data. We use service providers that support hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, and security, including Cloudflare and Supabase. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, business operations, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Authorized users can request access, correction, or deletion of their account information by contacting us. Requests involving workspace records may be subject to legal, operational, or recordkeeping requirements. If you are in California or another jurisdiction with additional privacy rights, contact us to submit a request.
